One of the ways you can make your mailing list more targeted and therefore more accurate is to really analyse your best customers and create a profile for them.

An example of a simple customer profile for a child daycare center maybe:

  • Households in a 5 mile radius of your location.
  • Families with children ages 0-6.
  • Households with an income of 75K +.

With this information you can build a mailing list targeting only those families who are most likely to use your childcare services.
